Who makes the pieces in your shop?
Indigenous artists from several bands and communities. Each product page names the artist and their Nation or community, or the gallery that represents them. If you have a question about a piece or its maker, ask us and we’ll find out.
How do I pay?
No card is needed at checkout. After you place your order we email you an invoice within one business day, and your order ships as soon as it’s paid.
How long does shipping take?
Paid orders ship within 2–4 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $100.00 and a flat $12.00 otherwise. We currently ship within Canada.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Handmade work varies a little from piece to piece. For one-of-a-kind items, the photo shows the exact piece you’ll receive. For pieces made in small batches, colours and details may differ slightly.
Do you take custom orders?
Some of our artists do. Send us a note through the contact page with what you have in mind, and we’ll check with the artist.
What is your return policy?
Unworn, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Custom pieces are final sale. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Can you include a gift note?
Yes. Add a gift note at checkout and we’ll write it on a card and tuck it inside.
